Helen’s career began as an educator until she joined Airey Financial Group in 2011. Helen holds a PhD in Organizational Development/ Education & Training, an MA in Organizational Development/Small Business Management, a BA in Education/Psychology/Administration, and a Lifetime Teaching & Administration License. Additionally, Helen holds her life and health insurance licenses. She is licensed in IN.
Because of her background in teaching & training others, Helen is able to explain complex financial concepts in everyday, easy to understand terms. She listens carefully, asks questions, and works towards a client centered solution. Helen’s approach to her work is to solve the problem, no matter what it is. Her patience in dealing with difficult situations allows her to get to the core of the matter and produce a solution that can be positive for all. Her philosophy is that knowledge is power. Having knowledge does not make you superior to others, it makes you responsible to share that knowledge with others to enhance their situation.
Helen has a large extended family, both in this area and in other states. She is an animal lover and always has room for her furry friends. Hobbies range from reading to volunteering to gardening. In her younger years, Helen was an avid outdoors person. She cross country skied, hiked, climbed, etc. Anything that took her outdoors and close to nature.
